Focus and Scope
Technol TIMES is an international, peer-reviewed journal publishing high-quality research across the full spectrum of science and technology. The journal is dedicated to disseminating the results of both fundamental and applied research that drive technological advancement, engineering solutions, and scientific innovation with real-world impact. It emphasizes work that bridges theoretical discovery with practical implementation in fields ranging from information systems and materials science to energy, robotics, and advanced manufacturing. Technol TIMES publishes original research articles, critical reviews, technical notes, and select proceedings from significant scientific and technological conferences. The journal places strong value on methodological rigor and welcomes well-designed studies that report null results or fail to replicate prior findings—recognizing that such “negative data” are essential for scientific integrity, reproducibility, and progress in fast-evolving technological domains. Technol TIMES serves as a central platform for researchers, engineers, developers, and innovators worldwide to exchange cutting-edge ideas and disseminate breakthroughs in both theoretical and applied science and technology. The journal prioritizes timely publication of innovative work that addresses contemporary global challenges—from sustainable infrastructure and digital transformation to next-generation materials and intelligent systems. Policies
Peer Review Policy Double-blind peer review is a cornerstone of academic integrity and quality assurance in science and technology publishing. Technol TIMES employs a rigorous double-blind peer review system to ensure the originality, technical soundness, methodological rigor, novelty, and clarity of all submitted work. In this process, the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential to promote unbiased, objective evaluation. Manuscripts are assigned to active researchers, engineers, and experts in relevant technological or scientific disciplines—such as artificial intelligence, materials science, robotics, data engineering, or sustainable systems—who critically assess the technical validity, innovation, reproducibility, and significance of the research. Authors are expected to thoughtfully address all reviewer comments and incorporate necessary revisions to enhance the scientific and technical quality of their manuscript. This collaborative process not only strengthens the reliability of the findings but also ensures that published articles meet the highest international standards for open-access scholarly communication in science and technology. Plagiarism Policy Technol TIMES strictly prohibits all forms of plagiarism, including the uncredited use of text, code, algorithms, data, figures, designs, or ideas from published or unpublished sources—whether from academic papers, technical reports, software repositories, patents, theses, or online content. Self-plagiarism is also considered unethical and occurs when authors reuse significant portions of their own prior work without proper citation or submit a manuscript that substantially duplicates a previously published study with only minor modifications. All submissions are screened using advanced plagiarism detection software capable of identifying textual, algorithmic, and source-code similarities. If substantial plagiarism is detected at any stage—by editors, reviewers, or editorial staff—the corresponding author will be formally notified and required to revise or remove the unoriginal content. Technol TIMES also reserves the right to investigate suspected cases of data fabrication, image manipulation, code falsification, or other forms of research misconduct. In accordance with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), confirmed cases of plagiarism or duplicate submission may be reported to the author’s institution, employer, or funding agency. Manuscripts containing significant plagiarized material will be rejected immediately, and the author will be advised to thoroughly rework the manuscript and resubmit only after ensuring full originality and proper attribution. AI Policy Technol TIMES requires full transparency regarding the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in manuscript preparation. At the time of submission, authors must explicitly declare—through the Copyright Agreement Form and the Online Journal Submission System (JSS)—whether any AI tools (including large language models, code generators, data analysis assistants, or automated writing software) were used in the development of the manuscript, including for text generation, algorithm design, data interpretation, or figure creation. If AI assistance was employed, authors must clearly disclose the nature, extent, and purpose of its use and affirm that all scientific and technical content remains under human intellectual control and authorial responsibility. AI may be used for language polishing or formatting support only when the core ideas, methodology, analysis, and conclusions are the original work of the human author(s). Submissions that fail to provide this declaration—or that rely on AI-generated content without critical validation and scholarly oversight—may be desk-rejected. Technol TIMES emphasizes that the conception, design, execution, validation, and interpretation of scientific and technological research must originate from human researchers. Open Access Policy Technol TIMES is a fully open-access journal. All published articles are immediately, permanently, and freely available to read, download, share, and build upon by anyone worldwide, with no subscription fees or access barriers. By submitting to Technol TIMES, authors and copyright holders grant all users a free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual license to access, copy, use, distribute, transmit, and publicly display the work, as well as to create and share derivative works—including adaptations, translations, software implementations, educational materials, or policy applications—in any digital or printed medium, for any lawful purpose, provided that proper attribution is given to the original author(s) and the initial publication in Technol TIMES. Users may also produce a limited number of printed copies for personal, classroom, or non-commercial use. This open-access model ensures that cutting-edge advances in science and technology—whether in AI, engineering, energy systems, or digital innovation—can be rapidly adopted by researchers, industry professionals, educators, startups, and policymakers, accelerating global progress and technological equity.
Rights and License
License All articles published in Technol TIMES are released under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows anyone to copy, distribute, transmit, adapt, and build upon the work—even commercially—as long as appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the initial publication in Technol TIMES is clearly acknowledged. This open licensing model ensures the broadest possible dissemination and reuse of scientific and technological knowledge for the benefit of researchers, engineers, educators, industry professionals, and innovators worldwide. Author’s Warranties The author(s) warrant that the submitted article is an original work created solely by the named author(s), that it has not been published previously in any form, and that it is not currently under consideration by any other publication. The manuscript contains no unlawful, defamatory, or ethically objectionable content and does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party. The author(s) confirm that they hold exclusive copyright to the work, free from any prior licensing agreements, encumbrances, or third-party claims, and that all necessary permissions to reproduce or adapt copyrighted material—including software code, algorithms, diagrams, datasets, or excerpts from technical standards or patents—have been obtained and properly cited within the manuscript. User Rights Technol TIMES is committed to maximizing the accessibility and utility of scientific and technological research by publishing all content under the CC BY 4.0 license. This grants users—including academic researchers, software developers, engineers, startups, educators, and policymakers—the unrestricted right to read, download, share, translate, modify, and implement the published work in any medium, provided that the original authorship and source are properly attributed. Such open access accelerates the translation of research into real-world applications, fosters innovation, and supports the global advancement of science and technology. Rights of Authors Authors retain full ownership of copyright and all associated proprietary rights to their work, including potential patent rights related to novel algorithms, hardware designs, software architectures, or engineering methodologies. They are free to reuse the core scientific or technical content of their published article in future scholarly or professional endeavors, such as books, conference presentations, grant proposals, teaching materials, or commercial products. Authors may also reproduce the article for personal or institutional use, deposit the accepted manuscript in institutional repositories or preprint servers (self-archiving), and enter into separate, non-exclusive distribution arrangements—such as inclusion in an edited volume, technical compendium, or corporate knowledge base—provided that the original publication in Technol TIMES is clearly referenced. Co-Authorship In cases of multi-authored submissions, the Corresponding Author affirms that all co-authors have reviewed, approved, and agreed to the final version of the manuscript and have granted explicit authorization for the Corresponding Author to act on their behalf throughout the submission, peer review, revision, and publication processes. This includes representing the collective agreement of all contributors regarding the integrity, authorship, data accuracy, and copyright ownership of the work. Royalties By submitting to Technol TIMES, authors understand that this publishing agreement does not entitle them to any royalties, financial compensation, or licensing fees. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author(s) waive any right to claim royalties arising from the use, reproduction, distribution, adaptation, or commercialization of the article by Technol TIMES, its partners, or any third parties under the open-access model governed by the CC BY 4.0 license. Final Publication Upon successful completion of the editorial and peer review process, Technol TIMES will publish the article in its final form. The journal reserves the right to apply minor stylistic and technical refinements—including adjustments to punctuation, spelling, capitalization, reference formatting, coding style, or technical terminology—to ensure consistency with international standards for scholarly communication in science and technology. The published article will be made permanently and freely accessible online to readers around the world, with no subscription or access barriers, in alignment with the journal’s mission to advance open and equitable knowledge sharing. Technol TIMES Members The academic credibility and global impact of Technol TIMES are sustained by its dedicated network of volunteer experts who serve in honorary roles as Managing Editors (Regional and Local), Editorial Board Members, and Advisory Board Members. These positions are entirely voluntary and carry no financial compensation; Technol TIMES assumes no financial obligations toward these roles.
