Focus and Scope
Environ TIMES is an international, peer-reviewed, journal publishing articles on all aspects of environmental sciences. Environ TIMES is a journal dedicated to reporting results of basic and applied environmental research with direct application to environmental, industrial, and occupational health. Such research may include the fields of environmental pollution, pollutants, genetic and cellular toxicology due to pollutants, as well as health risk assessment and risk assessment as applied to hazardous wastes, sites, and groundwater. Policies
Peer Review Policy Double Blind Peer Review is an essential part of maintaining a substantial standard in publishing and brings out the best possible scientific novel information from potential authors and researchers globally. Environ TIMES uses a blind peer review system to ensure originality, timeliness, relevance, and readability. The standard peer review process is also essential from the perspective of editorial board members, who take the responsibility for shaping the open access articles to meet the international standards of open access journals. Peer-reviewed articles are assessed and critiqued by scientists and experts in the same field after the article is distributed for review. An author is expected to incorporate the suggested changes before publication. This process enriches the content and improves the quality of the presentation considerably. Plagiarism Policy Plagiarism involves presenting someone else's work (copying of phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs or longer extracts from published or unpublished work) as one's own particular work. Self-plagiarism sometimes occurs when an author reuses some parts of his/ her own published work without mentioning the appropriate sources OR submit an identical paper published earlier by adding small amounts of new data. Environ TIMES can check plagiarism in the received articles. If a substantial plagiarism content is observed by editors, peer reviewers, or editorial staff members at any stage of the publication process, it will be informed to the author and he has to rewrite and check the plagiarized part the manuscript. Environ TIMES also reserves the right to check for research fabrication and use plagiarism detecting software to screen submitted papers at all times. In accordance with the code of conduct, we will report any cases of suspected plagiarism or duplicate publishing. In any case, if the submitted original manuscript is having a substantial plagiarized content, the article will be rejected on submission and the same will be notified to the author. In this case, author has to recheck the manuscript, correct it and resubmit to the journal for fresh consideration. AI Policy While paper submission, author has to clearly approve in the copyright form and Online Journal Submission System (JSS) that the article writing is not involving any AI technology. In case, the approval is not given by the author, the paper is liable to be rejected. Open Access Policy All articles published in Environ TIMES are fully open access, immediately freely available to read, download and share. The author(s) and copyright holder(s) grant(s) to all users a free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right of access to, and a license to copy, use, distribute, transmit and display the work publicly and to make and distribute derivative works, in any digital medium for any responsible purpose, subject to proper attribution of authorship, as well as the right to make small numbers of printed copies for their personal use.
