At Time Journals, all manuscripts are processed free of cost. Every peer-reviewed research article published in any time journal will be freely and universally accessible online in an easily readable format. However, after acceptance of the manuscript, a nominal fee will be charged for e-prints as described under each TIMES journal. ​

APC for January Issue 2026 is NIL
​​​​​​Waiver Policy
In case the author has financial restrictions, a partial/full waiver request may be forwarded to EIC stating the reason for the request. After approval of the waiver, the paper can be published free of charge. Waiver Policy is only applicable to papers with maximum of 2 authors.
​​English Language Editing Service
If any manuscript requires English language editing and proofreading, and the author wants professional proofreading, a nominal fee of INR 1000 for Indians and 30 USD for authors outside India will be charged.
